Great app — you can create almost everything you can think of, and Min from support went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you.

After much frustration with Pagefly the last few months - I have been on a look for a replacement. This app has almost all the same features, and it's easy to speak with support. They actually help and try to find a solution. I do find the back end to be a bit laggy -- especially when adding collections to a page & Scrolling throughout the page but they are always continuing to improve and work on the app. Would Recommend!

Great app with excellent support!

GemPages has been a great page builder for creating and customizing Shopify pages. It’s easy to use, flexible, and gives me a lot of control over the design without needing to code everything from scratch.

What really stands out is their customer support. The support team is very responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues and answer questions. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been quick to understand the problem and provide a solution.

Overall, I’m very happy with GemPages and would definitely recommend it to Shopify store owners looking for a powerful page builder with reliable support.

I really enjoy this builder. I've just been on the free plan, but once my store is generating income I will switch to the paid version to take advantage of animations and the other features. I feel the free plan has a good amount to offer.

The support is S Tier. Even on the free plan. I couldn't figure out how to get an element looking how I wanted, the chat bubble support responded instantly. The first guy couldn't get it working but a higher up support member applied the fix in a couple hours and explained exactly how he did it so I could do it myself in the future. Couldn't be happier :)

More important than the features, GemPages has an outstanding costumer support that will help you make your webshop the way you want it to be even if it requires them to write sections of custom code for you. Very fast at answering and always very communicative throughout all the steps. So far, we would definitely recommend GemPages to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to customize their webshop without the limitations of a Shopify Theme.

Consiglio questa applicazione.

L'app è davvero interessante e ti permette di spaziare moltissimo per la creazione delle pagine del sito con diversi strumenti anche nella versione gratuita. 5 stelle anche all'assistenza che mi ha aiutato immediatamente a risolvere un problema legato alla creazione di una landing e a visualizzarla in modo corretto. Grazie Jeremy per avermi assistito e aiutato prontamente anche oggi che è domenica.
