The representative is very patient through out the whole process, guided me step by step, I really like creating content out of GemPages, it is the best and quickest way to design your website.

A very good page builder indeed! GemPages provides a lot of useful tools for building a professionally look pages and subpages. There are a lot of customizations on a lot of details. I'm a graphic designer and building a webpage has never been that easy for me

Customer service is great. The customer service programmer Chris helped me a great deal and even made a "how-to" video for me! I am liking the personal touch!

GemPages really is fantastic... after moving from Weebly (which is a very similar drag and drop interface for building) I was a bit dissapointed with the Shopify way... even after buying 2 different 3rd party themes. Then I discovered GemPages (and no they are not paying me). What a game changer... it really is amazing. And any issues, and I created a lot of issues myself, Ken and the rest of the developers really are spot on. 5 stars all round!

GemPages is such an amazing platform, there is so many possibilities and the help and support is incredible. Ken and was an amazing help and helped me with creating my ideal store. Jane helped my brand even be a thing by patiently waiting and helping me with any difficulties i had. Very Greatful

I tried Gem Pages for a trial run. I definitely recommend them. My experience with their customer service was really good, they were helpful and patient, and shared good ideas. If you are a somewhat comfortable or knowledgeable with a computer, using Gem pages will be a breeze. They have tons of options to work with to make your website awesome. Ultimately for my own reasons, I decided to go with a free Shopify Theme.

Love GemPages. Super easy to use and we have it on multiple stores so the copy page to another store function saves us so much time. Love that you're able to whip up a great looking page that you would otherwise have to pay a developer to do for you. Support has been super responsive and helpful too. Definitely recommend.

The app does have a lot of nice design features, but also has its significant drawbacks. For one, it's quiet hard and complicated to use, and designing pages (or even just sections) with it can be a tiring and draining experience that takes much of your time. In addition, when you try to edit an existing subpage with the app, all the existing content of the page gets completely messed up, and at least in my experience, the features I tried to add (in existing subpages) didn't even work properly.

I'm currently using the app as a temporary solution until I get a new theme, to complete a lot of things that are missing in my current free, sucky theme. I only used to build the home page. This app is, indeed, good as a specific or a short-term solution for a feature that's missing in your theme, but I don't recommend using it as a long-term solution or build your entire store with it.
