More important than the features, GemPages has an outstanding costumer support that will help you make your webshop the way you want it to be even if it requires them to write sections of custom code for you. Very fast at answering and always very communicative throughout all the steps. So far, we would definitely recommend GemPages to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to customize their webshop without the limitations of a Shopify Theme.
The GemPages app itself is intuitive and easy to use, but what truly sets it apart is the customer support. The team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in finding solutions. They don't just point you in the right direction - they'll often create custom code or elements tailored to your needs and provide them ready to copy into your layout. It's clear they go above and beyond to help you achieve what you're trying to build. Highly recommended!

My experience with GemPages has been excellent. The platform has a very user-friendly and intuitive interface, making it easy to build and customize pages. Overall, the combination of a great UI and fast, helpful customer service makes GemPages a pleasure to use.
I have had such a great experience with GemPages. From what looks like a reasonably complicated system, once you get in there and play around a little you'll notice its super easy to navigate. I have also had the best experience with the techs that help in the chats! They are so prompt, and I've never had an issue they couldn't solve for me. Honestly a really good service. 10/10.
GemPages has been an excellent tool for building and optimizing our Shopify store.
We've used it to create landing pages, product pages, collection pages, and custom sections without needing extensive coding knowledge. The flexibility and design freedom are much better than Shopify's default editor, especially for CRO-focused layouts.
What stands out the most is their customer support. Whenever we encountered technical issues or customization challenges, their team responded quickly and worked closely with us until everything was resolved. Recently, Annie and the technical team helped us troubleshoot a Judge.me review carousel issue and provided a working solution with clear guidance.

Super nem, brugervenlig og flotte designs. Jeg havde problemer med at tilpasse en landingsside, da editoren ikke viste det samme som live siden. Jeg kontaktede supporten og fik hjælp med det samme. Inden for 30 minutter, havde jeg modtaget en Loom video om, hvordan jeg skulle fortsætte for at undgå fejlene. Nemt, hurtigt og let at forstå. Jeg kunne endda tage hele support samtalen på dansk. :-)

Im super happy with this app. I tried out a few different page builders for shopify but this one is clearly the best. You have everything here and i didnt have any issues or bugs for now. And the Support was very helpful too, when i needed assistance with adding the loox reviews.
