I tested both Pagefly and Gempages quite carefully. Gempages is easier and quicker to use. Both tools have chat support.
Gempages support quite well, they answered almost 24/7 and their code team are quite helpful when you need something special (I use Advance package) after 3 months, I am still happy with my choice

WOW! Two years ago I walked away from Shopify because as a designer, page customisation was non-existant unless you knew CSS. Having been asked to specifically use Shopify by a client I was dreading it. What can I say about GEM PAGES. It is the best thing since sliced bread and I can now design and produce my own layouts EASILY. It is a total game-changer and deserves an award for solving a massive problem that Shopify had. Love It.

In English : Thank you, thank you, thank you, etc. ! ... For your professionalism, your responsiveness and above all your availability! We suffered a bug after downloading a Shopify application to integrate it into our store... And after that, our customers could no longer "add to cart" or "pay now"; very big problem, especially during this Christmas period!... Having then built our shop with GempPages, we contacted support during the night and they answered us at 8:30 am; on a Saturday morning! And throughout the day, we were able to exchange with a single contact and with the help of a translator and with a copy by email sent for each exchange, so they intervened and succeeded in finding and repairing the code. ****
It happened due to a CSS code conflict with the theme. And their technology allowed to add custom code to fix the theme code.
**** While the error did not come from their application, they managed and in record time to:
- Find the corrupted code - To solve the technical problem. The intervention did not cause any damage to our shop, because a full backup was duly made beforehand. In addition, a request for access to your settings has been requested beforehand. Another very big thank you to Letty, who accompanied us throughout the incident. Duration of the intervention: 4h00

Nous avons subit un bug après avoir téléchargé une application de Shopify pour l'intégré à notre boutique... Et après à cela, nos clients ne pouvaient plus ni "ajouter au panier", ni "payer maintenant" ; très gros problème, surtout en cette période de noël !... Ayant alors construit notre boutique avec GempPages, nous avons contactés le support dans la nuit et ils nous ont répondu dès 8h30 ; un samedi matin ! Et durant toute la journée, nous avons pu échangé avec un interlocuteur unique et à l'aide d'un traducteur et avec une copie par mail envoyé pour chaque échanges, ils sont donc intervenu et ont réussis à retrouver et réparer le code. ****
C'est arrivé en raison d'un conflit de code CSS avec le thème. Et leur technologie à permis d'ajouter un code personnalisé pour corriger le code du thème.
**** Tandis que l'erreur ne venait pas de leur application, il ont réussi et en un temps record à :
- Retrouver le code corrompu - À résoudre le problème technique. L'intervention n'a causé aucun dommages à notre boutique, car une sauvegarde complète à été dûment effectué au préalable. De plus une demande d'accès à vos paramètres vous ait demandé au préalable. Encore un très grand merci à Letty, qui nous a accompagnée tout au long de l'incident. Durée de l'intervention : 4h00

I rebuilt my whole store using GemPages. Should tell you how powerful the tool is, also the quick support at the bottom-right is out of this world. Can't tell if they are underrated and don't have many people asking them questions since they answer so fast. Nevertheless, this app is A MUST.

Will soon see if all the designing pays out *coughs* money *coughs*

I switched from Zipify to Gempages and the switch was easy! The price is unbeatable for adding 3 stores and support is amazing. They address any questions quickly and thoughtfully. The app made making additional pages to my store seamless. Landing pages were a breeze as well! Thanks for such a awesome app!

If you are serious about building a BRAND and not a dropshipping store. Invest into GemPages, learn how to utilise it to the full potential. You will never regret it.

They have hands down the best customer service in the game and are even willing to custom code certain parts of your website if they don't offer exactly what you are looking for! Can't recommend enough.
