I just started working with gempages and the service is amaing. They even made a personalized video showing me how to do what I was asking for. Magnicificent <3

Please, save yourself a headache and do not use this platform as it is incredibly buggy and unreliable. Chris the owner has been nothing but incredible unprofessional and quite moody, I have screen shots of him insulting me when he finds himself at fault and he fails to be helpful or fix the problems with my site.

I have been trying to get my site fixed with them over the past 8 months and still to this day, I am having problems.

While they are prompt to reply, Chris, has failed me over and over again. His replies were always the same — "I will fix this for you know" 3 days later, I would have ask again why it wasn't done and his reply would be to remain him of what my issue was.

This software is now impacting and hurting my business, as my pages are still broken and their "promises" of fixing my site have no more value as to this moment they continue to under deliver and lie, which is the worst part of all of this. They are very unreliable.

After a lot of thought, I have decided to write this review as their word has no value on their fixing promises. I will now have to migrate from this platform onto another that is hopefully a lot more professional than this one.

Save your self the trouble and do not use this platform for big sites.

GemPages is an advance yet intuitive and seem-less platform. So far Its been perfect for creating landing pages and the support is also great!

The page builder is great, but the blog builder still needs work and customer service has been very slow in fixing the issues with the way my blogs are appearing on my website. Disappointing, because I really enjoyed using the app for my landing pages.

definitely an essential for me on every store I open. Thanks to this my conversion rate is way higher than a typical store

Great app, I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make their site look great but can't code. Also, their support is great, very quick to respond.

Well, I'm using Gempages for a week now and I'm really really satisfied ! I can personnalise my website with a huge variety of options and pretty easily. Their customer support is just amazing and very professionnal, they help you efficiently for every needs. I highly recommand Gempages !

Aside from this being the most intricate, yet simplified PageBuilder around, the staff makes it a straightforward journey to achieve what you want to achieve. I have been assisted more times than I can count, and I was only on a free trial then. I had no choice but to get on a paid version almost immediately! Gempages are a page builder that has so many levels you can fine-tune to your exact needs, along with its superior UI, you would have no problems achieving the page of your dreams. I can say with certainty that this app, along with its staff, has made Ecom as a whole, far more enjoyable than any time previously. They're driven spirit allows me to work even harder because I know what is possible. I cannot thank this team enough, and Daniel, I owe you the world!
