I am HIGHLY satisfied with GEM PAGES the customer support is timely and takes as much time with you as you need. This app is extremely easy to use! I made a professional looking site in no time it seems, and it's fun! The customer service support rep. that made me want to write this review is "Janie" she is very helpful and timely with all my questions, she even was able to help me at 4am! (est) This service is amazing and if you want to spruce up your website I HIGHLY recommend this app =D

Added edit: I had an internal issue with my page. It's taking them about 2 days to fix it, I was a little disappointed with this, BUT, now he's a BIG BUT, I spoke with Chris from the team. I asked him if I could be credited 2 days for the inconvenience, he let me know, I wasn't going to be rushed to pay, and he gave me another full 7 days for the inconvenience I am going through! I 100% recommend this app, these people are running a respectable business. I would assume if I already paid for it, that they would have also extended my subscription for this inconvenience. THANK YOU GEM PAGES =D

Extremely versatile and intuitive. I had run into an issue concerning the iOS version of my store and in no time it was back to normal! Great app, great support. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome, very good app, a must have to stand out from the competition!! Plus the support is very responsive and comprehensive!

I'm using this app for creating pages. It's really easier with templates, blocks and so on. Had some problems and contact the team, who answer me really fast!

The thing that can be improve is the position of the title of the block (heading, title, price, ...) Sometimes it's hard to click and change the text.

Btw, it's a good app, works well and appreciate the design I created for my site.

This app is straight fire, and the support is no joke. "Chris fixed my issue in like 10 seconds!!! Whooh!!!!!!

Fantastic app, it's so easy to use and doesn't need any prior coding experience. It integrates so well with your own theme and allows a lot of flexibility in terms of design. Fantastic support, they go out of their way to help.

The app is easy and simple to use. The live support from Nic & Chris is very helpful and replies within 10minutes of submitting a question. I had a problem integrating this app with the Magic 360 app for 360 product view, and received help promptly. The issue remains unsolved as of the time when writing this review, but hopefully either Nic or Chris, or the Magic 360 team would resolve it sooner or later.

Yet regardless of whether this issue is solved, the support and service offered is great. I understand that the developers are working to add new features, and it would be really great if they can include pop-ups for up-selling within their page-builder. As an app / page-builder that markets itself as a high-conversion product, I think it's paramount that the up-sell and 360 product view integration be implemented as soon as possible.
