GemPages is an amazing tool! It's super user-friendly and has made designing my Shopify store so much easier. The flexibility and features it offers are top-notch, and the support team is always helpful. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to build a professional and beautiful store!
Very satisfied with them, I use the free plan because I only need one landing page, and they are still very reactive to help if there is any problem. Within 24h they found the problem in my store and modify the code. This is real customer service !
I do not recommend using GemPages, as you will become completely dependent on it.
GemPages offers an intuitive interface and is easy to use, making it accessible for users of all skill levels. Their customer service is friendly, although response times can be slow.
However, I would only recommend starting with GemPages if you are prepared to use it indefinitely. If you downgrade from a paid subscription, you lose all editing and republishing capabilities. Additionally, it’s quite frustrating that the subscription is deactivated immediately upon cancellation, meaning you cannot use the service for the remaining period you have already PAID for.
It’s important to note that maintaining a paid plan is essential for making even the smallest edits. Otherwise, you will need to start over entirely with a new provider.

Please understand that the cancellation process, which results in the termination of paid features, is consistent with how all apps operate on Shopify. As a third-party app, we are required to adhere to these policies.
That said, we do offer customers the option to restore their paid features through a manual upgrade on our end. I believe our Customer Support team has already completed this for you, as the billing cycle has been paid.

I went with GemPages over PageFly for my Shopify store, and I’m so glad I did. The customer support with GemPages is seriously top-notch—they're super quick to respond and always helpful, which made a huge difference for me. Plus, the platform is really easy to use. The drag-and-drop builder is straightforward, even if you’re not tech-savvy, so I had no trouble designing my pages just the way I wanted. There are tons of templates and customization options too, so I was able to create a store that felt unique to my brand. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build out their online store.
i Absolutely love Gempages. It allows me to customise every page to my exact liking. i took a free theme and made it look like a paid theme with Gempage builder. The Customer support is very good, whenever i have an issue, they usually get it solved within 30 minutes. Highly recommend

I love this app, makes customisations so easy! If you encounter some challenges, customer support is always there to assist, I get a feeling of real accountability there, as every support agent I've chatted to has given me the confidence they are on it, and pull in all their best available resources to help fix the issue. For instance, I had an issue with product list, I wanted to mirror my theme settings, they took the layout and design from the theme and created custom code for me to put into my section. Big shoutout to the G.O.A.T - Ken who helped me earlier on this and another issue!
So far, using GemPages has been a great experience—super versatile features. And, the support team is amazing' goes beyond expectations to help.
