I've been a paying customer for about two months and waited until I got a good sense of Gempages' support before I wrote anything. I was a little skeptical of all these good reviews but the support/dev team has been nothing short of amazing. It's like their on my team, literally. Anything I needed help with-- including custom work-- they didn't hesitate to provide and, quickly (even with my asian time zone). They deserve all the praise they've gotten. Upgrade, it's worth it.

Great customisability, amazing customer support, impactful but simple to use features.

Would recommend this to a lot of people who are just getting started, or for those with lots of experience.

We're finding GemPages extremely helpful in developing our new Shopify site. The learning curve takes some persistence, but once you explore it properly, you realise there are not many things it can't do. It's by far the easiest way to build a slick looking Shopify site that we have discovered. The integration with other applications such as Judge.me and Klavio is also seamless.

100% Worth it product. With this product you are able to have basically almost anything you want to be displayed on your website if you are on the problem solving/clever side, which I think all of us business people are.

Very helpful support. Went through various problems with them and they solved basically all of the problems + even integrated an update on the translation side of Gempage to fix one of the problems that I had with translation.

The app is totally worth it if you want to make your life much, much easier without struggling and spending hours fighting with the limitations of the default themes.

Basically made my whole website into an A class website purely with Gempages. (Only have the header left from the original Shopify Theme and the "important" pages like Checkout etc.)

By having this product your imagination is the only thing stopping you from having a website that will be A class.

Only con that I have stumbled upon is that the product sorting element is very limited, although this is heavily outweighed by the pros.

That is the only con that I can think of as everything else went smoothly via using this app.

Now when I will have a new project/business/website to make I will 100% firstly look to integrate Gempages into it to not have headaches via having restrictions in my websites customization.

While the design tools are really slick and you can design engaging experiences, though take a little getting used to the depth of capabilities, the support is where the value shines with Gempages.

Sure, there have been simple things they have told me how to do myself. Its the ones where they go away for a little while and come back with a 'Hey we did it for you, check this link' and whatever problem or question on how to do a thing, has been done. Amazing - can recommend!

Very satisfied with them, I use the free plan because I only need one landing page, and they are still very reactive to help if there is any problem. Within 24h they found the problem in my store and modify the code. This is real customer service !
