It may have one of the best customer support services I have seen, not only on a shopify app, but in general on all type of businesses. They really help you personally resolve any kind of problem is it was theirs. Specially Thanks to Tom and Liam that have been helping me.

Best in the Shopify space; great service. Would still like to see a "pro" mode that would allow for custom CSS on elements or a Class first workflow.

Wer einen guten Support möchte ist hier richtig. Der Page Builder hat nicht den Funktionsumfang wie Wordpress, was auch an den vorgegebenen Einschränkungen durch Shopify liegt. Das macht die Sache aber auch sicherer. Jedoch ist alles was man für einen guten Auftritt benötigt enthalten.

I am very happy with GemPages. For me, they are a must have. One of the best things is the chat support. They go above and beyond to figure out the problem. Usually it is something stupid I've done.

Great app and great support. Takes Shopify to a whole other level

Excellent support. The moment I heard that I get to keep the sections to use in the "Theme Section" even after I cancel the paid plan, it blew my mind. I don't think I am going to cancel the subscription because Gempages is definitely worth the money.
