The Customer Service is fast and efficient

After some getting used to, Gempages is a gem to work with. While there are some options that one may really wish to have, the offerings to build a typical e-commerce website is large and variable enough.

I especially love their live chat function as it allows you to solve your problems quickly and in real-time together with the support team. With every issue we encountered, Chris from Gempages was a major help. He was able to rectify any problem we had quickly and responsibly.

Very easy to use with templates and many elements to create a custom page quickly. The pages are responsive also which is great. Can quickly get started using as has an intuitive interface. The dashboard is very helpful to manage pages. I like it very much. Lastly, the support offered is superb and always to the point.

We've been working with Gempages for over 2 years now. The app is simple to use and we have received seen an incredible response time from the Customer Service Chat and they've solved our problems in real-time. Very impressed and would ecommend them to everyone especially e-comm / sunscription stores

Very good customer support and great functionality. Works well for me. I like the fact that they have many high converting templates to choose from, there is more than enough to choose from to create a high converting landing page without designing everything yourself.

I've already tried a few pagebuilders for Shopify. Gempages is my favorite. Many functions and customization options are offered. But the best thing about the app is the support. He is always friendly and incredibly fast. Kudos to the support team! Even if a function is not available, it is implemented quickly by the development team. I can fully recommend Gempages.
