I gotta admit, I was hesitant with installing it. I did try so many other ways to edit my pages, and my frustration was skyrocketed, but I figured I give GemPages a chance.

Completely new to this I needed some pointers to get me starting. Their dashboard is really nice, but I ended up contacting their customer service.

Do these people sleep? No matter the time of the day I always get quick responses. I secretly think that Chris is a human fused with AI. His expertise is beyond anything I've experienced with Shopify.

Did I get paid to write this review? No, not at all, but I will recommend it to everyone I meet. I have 100% faith in Chris and his team. Every Shopify owner should have this app installed.

If you haven't installed it by now, I don't understand what you are waiting for, but ok I'll sum it up.

5/5 - Smooth design, totally got that popular startup-feeling that is popular now.

5/5 - Unbelievable support team - 24/7 service, literally. They puts my customer service to shame.

5/5 - User interface, nothing is compared on the market, as far as I known, and I've tried a variety of UI's the UX in this one is out of this world.

5/5 - Free Version, yeah it's a trial, but the pro version is so worth it. I'm upgrading mine today as we speak.

Absolutely the best experience I've had ever with web development. Seriously, I was recommended to use Gempage through a Shopify rep when I told her I needed a developer. She looked at my site and wrote to check Gempage out. So I did. I signed up for the 10-day trial and within a few hours I signed up. I recommend this for anyone who needs to modify their products page and their homepage. The templates, the customer service, everything!!! I had a rep named Steve who guided me and fixed what was needed. My site looks better than ever. Now to make sure it's optimized. I believe they may do that too? Not sure.

Cancelled my Clickfunnels subscription for GemPages. 10/10 Customer Support, 10/10 Page Builder. Literally cannot express how much I love this app.

I used this app to help me make more pages. Because the parallax them
limited me on customizing my sub domains. This app allowed me to customize and make my website how I wanted with no
limitations. This app was a GODSEND if I could I would give it one million stars.

Absolutely a waste of my time working with this clown. Lot's of promises and no follow through. Chris was more concerned about getting me to post a good review for his crappy app even before he fixed my issues. Which, by the way, he never did fix. Then I saw they completely vanished from the Shopify apps only to reappear again. I deleted it because I've had enough of it. Now looking for another Page Builder app...

GemPages is the easiest drag & drop page builder that I've worked with.
I had specific needs for my landing pages which required some coding & more advanced configuration, and Gem's support team were very responsive & helpful! will definitely recommend to other Shopify users.

The customer service is really good. They answer fast and always try to help you to fix any problem. This application is really good to create a product page.
