Very good customer support! Edward responded quickly to my request and ultimately solved my problem. I'm very happy that it was so quick and uncomplicated, even though I knew almost nothing about GemPages.

The app itself is useful for smaller teams on a single site. Due to its complexity and lots of functionality, it can slightly malfunction from time to time... however the support team is stellar and will go above and beyond to get you taken care of.

As an e-commerce business owner with about 100 memberships, I deal with online support chats all the time, and most of them are crap. However, GemPages truly stands out as an exception. Their support team is nothing short of amazing. Special praise to Jane!
Every representative I've interacted with has been knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to solve any problem I encounter, and they take the time to teach me how to fix issues myself. I'm thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with their service. This app is great, it allows you to publish one well designed page for completely free. These are high converting pages that make your website look much more professional than shopify themes. The best part about this app is customer service, Roxanne was great, always wanting to help and going beyond expectations, thank you very much. I would recommend this app to everyone looking to increase sales in a seamingless process.

I have observed that the fixed background effect does not function on iOS devices when the design is created using GemPages. However, when implemented through the Shopify editor, the fixed background operates correctly across all devices. This suggests the issue lies with GemPages, not iOS limitations. Additionally, the customer support response has been dismissive, attributing the problem to iOS rather than acknowledging a potential flaw in GemPages. A more transparent acknowledgment of this issue and a non-gaslighting approach to resolving it would be appreciated.
