The App is not only fantastic but their support team is outstanding. I can only recommend you to upgrade to the live chat feature and the support team will help on all your queries. I even needed some coding done which was not related to building pages and they helped me straight away. Also if you guys are looking for SEO related improvements when building your pages, then GemPages is the right partner to amend the H tags as well for you. Overall one of the best apps we have on our store and can only recommend them on all levels.

I had a mind boggling error and could not figure out why my menu navigation bar would push my website off the screen, leaving the background white. I tried to figure it for hours, then thought I might as well try Gempages live chat. I honestly did not expect much at all... I spoke to James and he went out of his way to help, he inputted strings of CSS and fixed the issue. The craziest thing is, it only occurred on specific devices, so not only did he manually input CSS he and others tested it on many devices. This is no exaggeration, it was the BEST customer support I've ever had in my life. GemPages is great and backed by an even better team, I highly recommend it!

I use this application for all my sites. Very easy to use, lots of possibilities. And the support is just AMAZING! Fast and clear in its answers, you can't do better.
