I've redesigned my entire shop using GemPages, which was completely new to me as I only have some Photoshop skills. The entire team, including Mona, Harry, Dzung, and Elisabeth, supported me with any ideas I had. They assisted me with everything from solving simple issues to handling custom coding requests and helping with 3rd-party tool integration. This is a one-stop solution I've never seen before in this business. The customer service is exceptionally fast, friendly, and professional and deserves a solid 5-star rating. This is the best shopify app I've ever used. Great UI and is very easy to use. But the best part is the customer service, they response very quickly at basically any time. Compare to other app, it will take at least 24 hours to solve a simple problem. Keep the great work gempage!

Other ratings here are about how good something works, and indeed GemPages does a good job. But what really matters to me is also what happens when something doesn‘t work. Here, the custumer support really comes to shine. In a really friendly manner you can be sure that your problem will be solved.

Amazing app, their new V7 editor is top of the line and way better than like pagefly. Customer service is very very fast and always helpful. This is worth the spend.

Best in the Shopify space; great service. Would still like to see a "pro" mode that would allow for custom CSS on elements or a Class first workflow.

Excellent support. The moment I heard that I get to keep the sections to use in the "Theme Section" even after I cancel the paid plan, it blew my mind. I don't think I am going to cancel the subscription because Gempages is definitely worth the money.

GemPages is an app that we can definitely recommend to anyone currently part of the Shopify community looking for a smoother web page building experience. We've used CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla in the past but decided to move over to Shopify for e-commerce purposes which in our opinion is a safer and better option to integrate payment processing solutions without much of a hassle and in the beginning, using Shopify without GemPages was much more challenging without a doubt. I hope the GemPages team continues growing since it is very evident they have created a truly promising business solution which only has opportunity for even bigger and better things to come. In addition, the technical support team is by far the best I've seen in years. Thank you guys!
