Absolutely great app! Straight forward and easy to use. Directions included so I was able to set up myself. Been using this app for over a year now without issue. Recently contacted support and they were able to quickly give direction and answer any questions I had.

We had a slight issue with the app which turned out to just be a jquery issue. Ganesh sorted it for us straight away & is now back to working perfectly. Thank you!

Works very well. The support for this app is excellent and super fast. They were able to deal with our request in full and also help us quickly with customisation according to our requirements. I can highly recommend this app.

This app is a piece of garbage. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel and they keep charging you every single month.

The customer service is non existent. They take weeks to respond and the answers are garbage.

DON'T INSTALL THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

It works and I really appreciate the "IP whitelist" option, so I can still enter all my sites without being redirected.

The app does its job very well is very easy to use!
Small note/ hint: I wanted to adopt some redirect rules from the set of rules of one of our webstores, but found out that if you have the app open in multiple tabs, the change you make will be done in all open tabs. The SpiceGems team is fast, knowledgeable and very helpful.
So far, all questions and requests have been answered completely and promptly. keep it up!
