Great customer support and helped solve several geolocation problems in one intuitive app.

Very good customer support. I had a little template error, but it was successfully resolved. Thanks to geolizr team.

The support is on another level, especially Frank! They even helped with coding other than the app, definitely would recommend.

To be honest, the customer service I got, especially from Frank, was the best customer service experience I've ever had with any Shopify app. He has spent several days working with me on our store and theme and was very proactive and has done more than I thought possible!

When using any app, it is vital that customer service team is very cooperative and fast, and Geolizr definitely has that.

And the app is absolutely brilliant with many features at a great price. It works seamlessly with langify, and after trying other currency conversion app, I've found that the absolute best option for a currency conv app if you're using Langify is Geolizr. Much recommended.

Frank helped me to solve an issue with the currency many couldn't and it saved me a lot of time. Thanks Frank!

Nothing else like this app for the money. Works great, easy to use, and great support.

Would recommend to anyone dealing with international visitors and re-directing to Amazon or other store pages.

This is the worst experience I've had with a Shopify app to date.

Uninstalling this app left a bunch of useless liquid files, left my site's code riddled with references to geolizr, broke my collections, and broke my shopping cart.

It took the majority of the work day to sort out- and I was only able to fix it because I have enough familiarity with software development to edit the files myself, by manually poring over 1000s of lines of code. A user with less familiarity with editing code would have been screwed.

There are plenty of options for this functionality out there. My recommendation: Choose one that is more responsibly designed.

Update: The app developer has responded to my negative review by reaching out via Facebook to explain that it was all my fault and that I would have eventually had the problem fixed by their support staff (rather than fixing it myself immediately, which was the obviously better option at the time.)

After ending the Facebook conversation, the developer is now repeatedly messaging our live chat feature demanding information about our owners. If I could lower my review below 1 star I would.

App is super easy to use. Very quick and helpful support when I had a question.

Fast support. Works as intended
