Not able to customize the content or anything. Also can not set up geo-based content. So no use in using this app.

It seems to work as intended. Not perfect app but good enough. I might need some better solution in the future, but for now its just fine.

Hi there Victor, if you're browsing your store from your home country and default language, then a recommendation won't be shown. If your customers from other countries are not seeing your recommendation however, our support team would be happy to take a look.

I used to like this app when it was a discreet selector. Now a giant annoying pop up. Very disappointing change

Hi Jacqueline, this change was made after we tested the pop up and found that it improved conversion rates, and also improved the rate at which customers check out in their local currency. If I set my location as anywhere other than the United States it stays in English, then displays an error code. Two stars instead of one for the benefit of the doubt.

I cannot get this app to work. It tells me I need to set up countries/regions to use it, but these are greyed out? The help page does not help at all.

Hi there, thanks for your comments. Using the Geolocation app is supported for merchants using Shopify Payments - if you are unable to select multiple countries/regions or they are greyed out, it sounds as though you are using another gateway. stay away from shopify's thing and their apps!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. they sell themes incompatible with their native features (those themes selling in official theme store) and the support reject to do ANY kinds of follow-up; 2. this geolocation app has a lot of flaws - it doesn't detect customer's location and did not save customer's preference. Now I am hoping there is a better competitor to Shopify. *Crying*

It's not showing all the countries that I sell to, it's missing a number of them. Can you help? Not sure how to get technical support with this app??

Hi there, the app displays all the countries/currencies that you have enabled in your payments settings under Shopify Payments. Please ensure they are all enabled there.

It can only show EUR as a currency. Which i do not understand why even make a currency auto switcher when the only currency is EUR. Asking a shopify support guy and they dont know why it is that also and he will forward it to technical support.

But we know that there are 1 people working on the app and there are 0 support within the app. This is the CON of Shopify making their own apps. As they make it, then upload it to app store and then just leave and there are no support. The support link just go directily to the app site, where the only suopport you can get is to leave a review and wait for answer. Great

Hi there - sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. The reason it is only showing EUR is because that is the only currency you have enabled in Shopify Markets. You can change this by going to Settings --> Markets, selecting a country you want to offer the local currency for (e.g. Denmark), and then changing it to the local currency for that country under "Products and Pricing." If you have any questions don't hesitate to let us know!
