Shopify recently changing this app was a horrible decision. I sell digital products so the fact that it says 'Shipping to (country)' is not something for me, but there is no way to change the text or remove the pop-up? Horrible.

Hi there, thank you for this feedback. Indeed, this has been designed with physical products in mind at the moment, and we apologize this hasn't suited your needs. We are certainly looking at future improvements to help with more use cases.

Very poor user interface options. The popup is too aggressive: if 80% of your traffic goes to a location where the language by default is ok and the rest (20%) needs the function of geolocation, you solve the problem for the 20%, but you still have 80% of your traffic impacted by this useless popup as the first thing they see in your website. On the other hand, if you choose not the pop up, but the footer, it is a footer with, again, a very poor UI options that stays at the bottom of the website and nobody sees. This app is not even a minimum option or solution. I would have expected much more from a Shopify App, really.

Hi there, thank you for your review. The pop up does not appear for everyone - only those who there is a recommendation for. E.g. if your site defaults to English and USD, someone who speaks English and is located in the United States will not see a pop up. If someone from Canada lands on your site, they will see a pop up to switch to Canada and CAD. This has been proven to increase conversion for international visitors.

I really wanted a nice simple geolocation app to work with shopify payments. Unfortunately this one looks terrible on my store. The font size is fixed to 16px and there's no way for you to edit the code. Looks like it was designed by amatuers. Why do you make the app so ugly and un-customisable>?

Wrong conversion in my shop
CAD to USD is wrong. when I change options in a sku the conversion changes as well

Hi there! I am looking at your products and I cannot see anything amiss with your prices. For example, your Personalized keychain (abcrystalcollection.com/products/keychain) is $29.99USD. The exchange rate to CAD is 1.294727, and your prices are rounded up to the nearest dollar. 29.99 * 1.294727 = $38.83, which is $39CAD after rounding. This is the CAD price on your website. Simple and easy to use, this app is great. However, would benefit from including more currencies like Canadian dollar, Franc, Krone please!!

La fenetre contextuelle ( Pop-up ) est vue comme un spam pour la publicité facebook. C'est très mauvais d'utiliser cette application !

Big thank you to the Shopify developers for adding this functionality. Selling in multiple currencies is much more fluid with the customer getting prompted for currency (and language) rather than digging it out from the menu (on mobile). Next I need to translate my store to a few languages and I’m very motivated to do that now. Thanks again

Have issues with the app and customer service blames everything else but the app. Exchanged endless emails between Shopify and my developer, demonstrated the issue explicitly and yet it seems that there is a monkey on the other end just following line per line orders. USELESS!
