Works for me, BUT I cannot customize the text. Once the app is installed it says "Looks like your browser is set to English. Change language?". Thats not what I want. The text of the example images (in the app store) is much better.

Also the size of the text is quite big. How can I adjust that? For example: the text in my fixed top banner is way smaller compared to the Geo-text.

Once the Geo Banner is more customizable, I'll adjust my rating :)

Hey MERSOR,

When the Geolocation app only makes language recommendation as is the case with your store, we depend on the browser language. This is why the text is different from what you see in App Store listing - which is for both currency and language.

We have had issues with the top bar recommendation type in the theme you are using. We would recommend switching to the "Popup" recommendation type.

We don't ship to some countries because of various tax issues. Unfortunately I made the assumption that being a Shopify developed app, that it would also know which countries were available. Some folks saw the popup saying "Store ships to your country!", and were really upset when there were no shipping options. Settings also don't allow us to choose which countries are available. Please make this update to choose countries! I never should have allowed it to auto-install. :(

Hi there, if you don't ship to a country or region, please remove this from your Shopify Payments settings (Settings --> Payments --> Manage). For example, you have Austria (EUR) enabled in your payments settings, but no shipping rates for Austria. Ensuring that your countries/regions in payment settings match your shipping zones will avoid what you have mentioned from happening.

Easy to install and did what it promised but has it's limitations. We still have customers checking out in USD when they should be in their native currency so clearly not everyone is seeing the notification or they are clicking it off because they haven't committed to a purchase when they first land on our site. I would give this 5 stars if the pop-up/notification bar could be activated again between the shopping cart and checkout stage.

I cannot see the language selector again after the first time. My default language is traditional Chinese (hong kong) in my browser. I'm using iPhone for viewing.

I just added the app but it's showing different store name on the popup how do i change it?? There is no option of editing the Text that my customer is seeing.

A great new addition for my shopify store, with a couple of niggles.

1. I would love to be able to have the currency switcher in the header, and not wayyyyyyy down in the footer where it's virtually hidden.
2. Would love to be able to customise the font, and style of the button a little more.

This app has great potential, I look forward to seeing what new features they roll out. Also - I would love it if an app like this FINALLY solved the EU-Vat display issue that has plagued European sellers like me for years.

Currency selectors in header often get hidden in the Menu for mobile visitors and are hard to find. This is why we offer the recommendation bar / popup which visitors can find lot more easily.

We will consider your feedback on providing more control over the styling of the button.

Very bad APP. not recommended at all, only if you want to waist your time. Also support cannot help wenn the is bad developped.

I just added this app to my shop and the currency conversion is not correct. $4.50 CAD is converting to $4.00 USD, which isn't right. Plus my customers will never find that little button at the bottom of the screen. I was looking forward to this feature, but I'm going to delete it.

I can see on your store you have CAD and USD, with rounding rules on to the nearest dollar. The CAD --> USD FX rate today is 0.80469. Making your converted prices 4.50 * 0.80469 = $3.62, rounded to the nearest $1.00 = $4.00 USD. If you don't want your prices rounded, then you can turn this off in your payments settings. No way to move the country/currency drop down, so it's stuck at the bottom of your shop. Seems like a pretty obvious thing to be at the TOP of your shop.
