No free plan at all, Customer Service is a bot that keep customers in a loop. I dont recommand it, stay away from it.

It looks like your chat request came in outside of our live support hours, and our system provided automated resources to help while waiting for a live agent. Before we could connect you, we received your account deletion request, which was handled immediately during our live support hours.

Our team personally assisted you in the chat and confirmed that we do, in fact, have a free plan available. Please know that our support chat includes real agents, with automation only to assist during off-hours.

Our app is completely free to download, install, and use. We do have plans for increased usage and additional features if you choose to upgrade.
