As someone who works on a store with over 100k customers, this app is awesome and the developers are super helpful!
We had a scenario where we had to issue a bunch of gift cards due to the sunsetting of a program (the data of which we got as a CSV) and there was no easy way to do so from my research other than this app.
The app is great - it allows you to input custom amounts and a message which still remaining in the Shopify transactional notification ecosystem so people who are not opted-in to email will receive the message which is important when issuing gift cards for a make-good.
