We've been using the rise.ai gift card app for a few years now and it works great! The support team is helpful - We recently ran into a snag with how the pricing was showing on the front end of the website and Eddie was able to fix it quickly!

I've really enjoyed using Rise. The customer support is excellent. From onboarding with a live demo, to 24 hour customer support, and in one of my instances, live customer support via a call when needed. Emilie has really been helpful in helping our store navigate some issues with Shopify's most recent update and I couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend Rise.Ai.

the worst experience among all the apps I ever used. Slow in support, the app usually encounters problems, do not have analytics dashboard, you have to download a CSV file to fillter how much you made with EACH CUSTOMER. Integration with other apps is hard. Try one month and will never use it again

We've been a fan of Rise. The customer service is responsive, the platform is easy to configure, and the integrations are good.
I'd say our move to Rise from Smile has been good. It is more clear than Rewards points for our customers, and a unified tool for gift cards, store credit, and rewards is nice. And it's more cost-effective, which matters a lot to us.
Junalou was very helpful. Very fast, friendly and knowlegable.

I installed this app a couple of days ago, and it is excellent as we have been looking for a way to manage store credit and loyalty all in one place while utilizing Shopify's legacy account creation. The service level of assisting with the setup has been fantastic. Thank you, Junalou (Customer Rep), for your excellent customer service:). UPDATE: we have been using this app for about six weeks, which is fantastic. Yesterday, we upgraded to Pro to get the One-Click Apply button, and I had an issue trying to get it to work. John(Customer Rep) not only got it to work but recommended a better way to execute it. He is a Rock Star. The Customer Service here is top-notch! Another day and another excellent customer service interaction. This time it was Eddie. This team is awesome:)
