I've been using Rise with clients and now for my own business for years. We operate a Brick & Mortar retail store and issue out store credit at a high volume both online and in-store. We use pretty much every major feature this tool offers.

Eddie was very helpful in resolving my issue in a timely and concise manner. I am still learning how to use Rise.ai so it's good to know there is some there to answer any questions I have.

Very difficult to use. Does not support stores with subdomains. Also encountered problems, customer service support was very slow to respond. Not recommended！！
