Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Just started using this app and our customers love the new ability to send a gift card with a message, rather than just buy one directly. We will be promoting this feature prior to events such as Mothers Day or Valentines Day. Looking forward to using some of the other features such as sending gift cards in bulk to some of our best customers, or staff, or allowing customers to directly gift products. Very easy to use and customize for our purposes. Keren and the support team were very helpful in answering all of our questions. Rise has made it very easy for our customers to keep track of their points and redeem for rewards. We will continue to use this app for our store!

We had a large loyalty customer base and when we transitioned to Shopify POS from Lightspeed and needed a tool that could easily manage what we had and help us grow our program. The Shopify onboarding team suggested Rise as they were the only program that could deal with the complexity of moving our data, which was not clean enough to just upload into any loyalty program. The Rise team was super helpful in transferring our data and helping us modernize from points to credit in available dollars, which is a more marketable way of showing loyalty credit to our customers. We use the Integrations to trigger actions between Shopify, Klayvio, and Loox which, once set up, allows me to set several triggers to drive events to our customers and dramatically improve LTV. The only issue that I have with the Rise program is that the customer search function in the software could be better. You must search by email as name does not deliver quality results. So if you have a customer with multiple entries (a weakness of Shopify) and search by name, Rise does not deliver exact results. This is a small frustration for me, but it does not stop me from recommending Rise and giving them 5 stars. The program gives me everything I need to drive high valued repeat business.

We were able to customize our Rewards & Loyalty program through custom-built Klaviyo flows and emails by speaking with the Support Team and having them walk us through the process of what we were envisioning. We were speaking with Eddie from the Support Team to prepare for the launch and also troubleshoot any issues in the beginning - we are so grateful for his expertise and timely responses as he was extremely knowledgeable on the Rise.ai integration with Klaviyo and Shopify to get us where we wanted to be. We're excited to see the results of our new program!

Great app, easy installation, does exactly what it promises. Customer support has also been stellar. We needed some tweaks done and Roy promptly did it. Thank you! Highly recommended.

This app is def a must for any store that wants to become a brand. I'm super satisfied with the simplicity of it and with the opportunity to re-engage with our existing customers.
