Excellent support team, able to answer all my questions during my setup process. The team also extend my trail period because it takes a bit longer for me to setup everything. Great job, keep it up!

The app is easy to use. It's nice to send quick store credits to customers. Customer service is even better than the app. I thought I had an issue (later found out it was something I had done in my settings) so I emailed customer service. They quickly discovered what my issue was and how I did it and walked me through fixing it. Which was just as simple as a click. I definitely recommend this app to any shop!

This app is the best gift card app ever. It's really optimized and very friendly for the customer. They have a chat support, they will help you quickly.

I feel like this app was designed with my gift shop in mind. The setup process is intuitive and the customer service is top notch (thank you Ari!). The features (e-gifting + gift cards + greeting cards) are customizable. Amongst all the apps I have, it’s one of the most important ones. The monthly fee (30$) is so worth it! I’m loving all of it.

UPDATE: I've been using this app for a while now and it' even more amazing than I first thought. In addition to offering e-gift cards, I've been able to create physical gift cards! It's really awesome to be able to offer customers a gift card in person! The Gift Wizard team continues to be awesome as well! Thanks Roy and Ari!

Neat tool, could be a little cheaper but works as advertised.
