Just installed the app and found Ari really helpful. The interface is very user friendly and the Youtube tutorial is easy to follow. Still in the trial period but already sold a voucher so delighted! Great way to build your business with moving to the more expensive Shopify Plan. Lots to explore and discover. Thanks Ari.
This is an absolute must download for stores looking to offer a clean & clear loyalty program for their customers. It's easy to use on the front & back ends of the site, works really well, and has a broad range of options. Beyond that, the team is what sets Rise.ai apart. They are responsive, helpful, friendly, and get quick results. 10/10 recommend!

The support team is fast and friendly and fixed my issues quickly. The gift card part of the app is beautiful and the best on the market that I've found. We're just diving into the loyalty aspect and can't wait to see the results.

The app itself is very easy to implement. The set-up of the various types of emails and programs is not hard, but not totally easy either. It takes time but the end result is very good. Where this group excels is the customer service. When I do have a question or don't know how to do something, I just send a chat and they are quick to respond. They are extremely helpful and thorough. I enjoy working with them!
