Very happy with the app so far! A very simple-to-use, effective digital and physical gift card program. Integrates well with our new store. I love the recent integration with physical gift cards.
We had a slight issue with the eGift recently and Ari was great and prompt and helped us sort things out.
Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to build a gift card program!

So far Rise has replaced 2 paid apps for loyalty and store credit and I see it replacing at least 1 more app (returns) very soon.
It is very easy to use and I am getting great sales results. The customer service is also very good.
I would recommend it to anyone wanting to set up an advanced gift card / store credit program!

We went from not having any gifting options to offering the best digital gift card purchasing experience for our customers in a matter of a month and a half. The app makes it easy for all our departments to consolidate worflows and processes. We were also able to address reporting issues that we didn't anticipate on being able to do prior to the Rise app. Dana, our account manager worked with us every step of the way ensuring that we were comfortable with our launch process and made sure to address all questions and hosted portal trainings for our different teams. She went above and beyond to make our holiday season at Vuori that much more impactful for our customers. To say we appreciate her is an understatement!

The way I justify the price is if I were to get Shopify's giftcard feature it would cost $50 more a month when this is only $13...
The ability to show customers that they can give gifts right from the products is more enticing than simply a gift card because it shows that thought went into the gift but the recipient still has the option to exchange it.
The best part is that you don't have to worry about a gift being sent to a customer that is going to be later returned because the end recipient will review the purchase and exchange it before it's shipped!
