We are very impressed with the nuisances with this app, it is very very clever and it really does tick the gift card and store credit. The customer service is outstanding and they took on our custom suggestions and will put them into action! Their rewards program is a bit weaker than their gift cards functionality. We are undecided about the cash back rewards vs other points based rewards, this is a drawback. Not being able to make the customers 'save' and 'build' their rewards is something I think may be a drawback. All in all worth the money though.

Pretty cool tool to simplify the Gifting option. Ari's customer service is outstanding. Very responsive and open to customization requests with a tight turnaround time. Would recommend to anyone looking to a simple solution to add the gifting option.

At first I was initially irritated that their old pricing guide wasn't clear and didn't realize what was/wasn't included at different price points until after installation. HOWEVER....After seeing it from the customer perspective they changed their pricing tier wording here in the app store the next day to reflect things more clearly. The Rise team really does care about how their customers and potential customers feel about their product and genuinely want everyone to enjoy its features and everything be clear. Not to mention, it has great store credit features that I don't think any other app has.

We migrated to Shopify and needed a quick bulk-add of gift cards which was our sole reason for the app, however we now launched a loyalty rewards program with an upcoming membership program to use with and we are super thrilled how the app is working. I would recommend the videos and help docs as they were super helpful, but in addition to that their support (esp. Pauline) was AMAZING!
