Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

App is easy to use and allowed us to migrate existing gift cards over to Shopify/Rise seamlessly. Customer service is also top notch, replies are always super prompt and helpful! Would recommend for sure.

Just started with this app, very easy to navigate/set up gift cards and the customer service is spot on!

The app is very expensive for what it is. I've had the app installed for a few months now and have not received any increase in revenue or customer retention. In fact, the majority of customers choose not to sign up for a loyalty card and prefer to proceed straight to checkout. Terribly expensive, almost feels like a scam. The app charges for orders which are coming on our store and have nothing to do with a usage of the app. The fees are even higher per order than Shopify's own % order fee.

This app does not work, is not supported, and should not be used. Developers claim a version 2 is on the way, but in the meantime they have dropped all support of the current version and should remove the app from the store.

Great looking and user friendly app. I just installed it so I don't yet have feedback on the ROI. I took me half a day to install and personnalise it (including traduction of all texts in French). I had some minor difficulties but Keren from the support center has been a great help and fixed everything for me. She was very reactive and nice.
