I use this app to help me retain repeat customers and incentivize new customer growth. So far, Rise has exceeded my expectations, especially with the reminders to customers that they have Loyalty dollars available. This reminder has brought customers back into my shop to see what's new and to make a purchase. Customer service responds quickly and has helped resolve technical issues I had at onboarding.

The app itself is not hard to set up and there are plenty of help articles along the way to guide you. If you have any trouble with assets appearing on the store, the Rise team is very responsive and great at following up until the problem is solved

We just started using this app to manage our gift cards and loyalty program. The gift card setup is easy and quick, customers appreciate having a choice of gift cards designs and sending them directly to the recipient immediately or scheduling for later. The loyalty program took a bit more effort for us to grasp and implement because we migrated from a points system and Rise loyalty program works on store credits. The most amazing feature of this app is their excellent customer support - we've had multiple questions during migration and setup that were answered quickly and helped us understand the system. The support team is very helpful and patient with questions :-) Our Rise loyalty program will go live in a few days and I hope our customers will appreciate the simplicity and better user experience than the points collecting & redeeming option.

My experience with the customer care team at Rise was nothing but positive. They answered my inquiry quickly and clearly. Junalou found the root error and walked me through the appropriate steps to solve my customer's particular issue.

FIVE STARS! This app is by far the best app that I have used for issuing store credit! I love how easy it is and how it completely takes the work out of having to create a code! I also love how it is so easy to send an email to the customer right from the app when issuing store credit! A few of my other favorite features is the rewards area, creating the workflows for different rewards is so user friendly! Thank you so much for creating an incredible app!! It's really been such an asset in running my brand!

This is by far the best gift card app on shopify. Not only does it integrate beautifully (and easily) with your site, the functionality is so great for my customers who use it. The customer service is amazing too!
