Beautiful interface, but needed some help to get the whole system working properly. John helped me through the errors and set up the entire workflow for me. Give this app a shot if you require your Shopify site to have credits & rewards working!
An incredibly professional, dedicated and friendly team behind one of the best Shopify apps you could add to your website. Fast and easy to set up, yet powerful enough to grow with. Highly recommended.
Not only is the functionality that Rise.ai provides going to dramatically improve our ability to build our customer community and revenue, the customer service at Rise.ai is outstanding. It's so nice to have an actual person on the other end rather than fumbling around with an auto response bot. We will be customers for life and we are very excited to see what advances Rise.ai has coming down the pipeline.

Thank you so much!! We struggled to find a good store credit app ever since we migrated into Shopify but couldn't find anything native in their system. This app creates the full store credit experience! Our customers will no longer get multiple gift cards which they will have to remember to use, instead, this service accumulates all credit on their account and prompts them to use it at the checkout. Customers don't even have to remember their code, it's just a simple button to apply it. Highly recommended!!

I made a mistake with my selection of the wrong plan for my company and I didn't realise until payment had been made. ARI from Gift Wizard was so quick to help me with my problem and sort it all out. So impressed with his service and if the product matches the service then it should be an absolute winner!

BUT what makes a great app, GREAT customer service...
The app has so many features, customizable and easy to work with.... the installation was easy due to Ari and my Guru from Shopify! Excellent customer service. I'm just starting but the app looks really promising. Rise's gift card BOGO is the best promotion I have found this holiday season!
