Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty , 1.073 recensies

I was very pleased with this app so far. We're using it to create bulk gift card codes so we can produce physical gift cards for distribution. The process is a little clunky as you have to get your bulk request manually approved before it can happen, but I understand their reasoning for that.

We just installed this App on Firehouse Coffee. Pauline was fantastic and we are excited to start using!!!

I was contacted by the GiftWizard team and they installed the app today. I considered removing my review but I chose to change my rating instead because I believe transparency is important in any business and people should chose this app based on the overall experience and not just one bad experience. At the time of this writing the app is working well and I have no issues with it.

This is a review purely based on customer service. I downloaded this app last week. I sent 2 emails last week asking for help with the app. no response. a week later i get an email apologizing and asking if I still need help. I reply this morning asking for help once again. Its the end of the day and not a response. Never got an opportunity to use the app so i don't know if its good. I'm removing it.

This app seems great and so far I am very happy with it's potential and the quality of the customer support

I have just started using this app, and so far I am enjoying it's very easy to use and manipulate, you can easily adapt it to your own brand guidelines.
Altough it's very easy I had a tiny issue adjusting the value of the variants as it kept automaticlly switching back to US Dollars! But their online customer service was very helpful (shoutout to Dana! for her swift reply and very quick action!)

I am excited to see how this grows my business and I really appreciate their speedy and adept support.

Great app thus far. No issues as of yet. I'm staying hopeful. Super easy to use and understand. I would like to so more these or icons.

Only using the Gift Card aspects, but they are working great! Pauline has the best customer service ever!
