I was looking for referral system, but found much more with this app. Their graphical flow builder is amazing, allowing us to create limitless scenario cases, and customer service is simply exceptional. I recommend this app and very thankful to have them as our solution provider.

We have really enjoyed using Rise.AI's Gift Cards & Loyalty software. We have seen a huge bump in purchases of gift cards and see customers coming back to buy more. The integration with Shopify and ReCharge is harmonious and it was a breeze to get this installed and operational. Customer service is fast and very helpful. Easily integrated with my Shopify store. Will start cross app integrations within the coming months and I'm confident it will plug in easy, or at least I can get the support quickly to get everything connected.

Very helpful app! Does a nice job at making products instantly available as gifts. Sounds like they are adding more features that are coming out this week which we will use right away.

We have been using this app for over 3 years now on our main shopify store. It is a great app and works extremely well. Recently we integrated the app into our Shopify POS and had a couple of technical hurdles. John was able to assist and gave precise instructions how to make the necessary changes. Great friendly service.

Signed up to use this app with the primary goal to increase repeat customer rate considering our luxury marketing strategy. Setting up the program was not as intuitive initially but the support team is pretty responsive and accommodating. We upgraded from the Small Business and trialing the Pro Level and so far so good. I do wish they improved the native customer "loyalty account" experience similar to their Rewards page as well as provide a birthday workflow to offer a customer reward; hopefully these would roll out soon. Otherwise, would highly recommend albeit being the most expensive app in our tech stack.

I love my gift card! I was able to brand it to my store and the ease of use is amazing. My customers love giving and receiving them. Customer service has always been A1 on the rare occasions that I've had to contact them. I recommend using Rise.ai!
