Very quick customer service! They respond to our inquiries within hours and make changes to address our needs.
Updating my review from 1-Star to 4-Star. While I still completely believe that Rise.AI's pricing model is completely out of sync with Small/Startup company sensibilities (and budgets), the app itself is amazing. To me, it makes more sense to reduce the barrier to entry (app fee) and enable more features and build more cost into the transaction volume. That way we grow, and succeed together until a base fee starts to make more sense. That said, it's easy to integrate, customize, and deploy without knowing code. I only launched the giftcard functionality but look forward to utilizing the other elements soon. I also want to acknowledge the Customer Service/Support team, specifically Itay, who engaged immediately to "save the sale". He was outstanding when it came down to listening to my concerns and actioning an amenable solution. Exactly the kind of thing I wish more companies did well.

Installed this app for their store credit features and it has integrated very well into our store. Nadav was very helpful with setup and quickly responded to any questions I might have had.

4 starts only because the customer doesn't have the freedom to choose the amount of $ to gift. The gift card value is pre-set by the store owner. Overall, the app has worked fine for my store and the support team member, Ari, has been of great help when I've had questions! :)
After some initial communication problems the team at Gift Wizard have been very helpful and sorted out the app so that it is working extremely well and we are very impressed with the way it works.
This is a great app. We were looking for a gift card solution that would offer more and this one's features are great. We especially like that we can add our own custom greeting card designs and that users can schedule the delivery of their gift cards.
We'd love to be able to customise more of the fonts and colours to bring the app in line with our site's look and feel but this isn't a deal breaker.

I opted for the Free introductory level. Maybe make it a bit clearer that tech support is needed for this app to function and give an indication of when to expect contact to avoid customer frustration. That said, once contact was made (Shavlev in my case) everything went smoothly and he helped me quickly and answered my questions and any issues promptly. I've not launched any specific ads to test the success of the app but everything went well during the tests I ran. I have no doubt any lack of success will be more down to me not targeting and driving the right traffic than the functionality of this great little app!
