Had an issue after the easy install because I realized that for our customer base the app interface would need a little tweaking. Needed to buy the pro version for the customizations I would require. Support was pretty quick and very thorough.

AWESOME. I wish I found this app first than the other one I used. This loyalty program use GIFT CARD system, which will allow for additional use of coupon code.
Ability to use coupon code is really important in my store for affiliate programs.

The other loyalty program app that I installed use a discount code based credits to give to customers. So if customer claim for their store/loyalty credits, they cannot use additional discount codes.

PLUS, this Rise app cost less expensive. SO AWESOME. 100x STARS

It works well! The developer is very responsive. I'm on the trial at the moment! I will report back if I have a new opinion, but I will be sticking to this app.

I have only just installed the app and am in the process of configuring it. I like what I've seen so far, but I'm only just now getting into it. I asked Support to remove the "Add To Cart" button from the Gift Card product and Eddie did that within a couple of minutes of my request. That was very fast support! I look forward to enabling other elements of the app as I learn more about them. I plan on updating my rating after getting a chance to use it for a bit. Our store is not live yet though so that may take a few weeks.

The one feature we need (the ability to send a gift card directly to the recipient instead of having the customer forward it) is only available in the subscription plan that costs $69 more per month
