Very professional and quick in solving any errors, I recommend reaching out to them as their CEO is very direct and to the point before putting up a complaint. Thanks for the help.

We have had the greatest support from the Gift Wizard crew, particularly Ari, who has been there every step of the way answering any questions and queries. We look forward to promoting this facility to our customers.

Ari Yahalom and the team did an amazing job helping us to integrate the gift cards in our store. We are not a typical usecase and they were able to assist us with every step of installing and setting up the app. A perfect app if you need to have giftcards for ReCharge as they integrate seemlessly.

We have partnered with Rise.ai for their comprehensive rewards program. So far we have issued store credit to several hundred customers we had not seen in a long while in a Re-engagement campaign. We will also be sending out Store Credit to our VIPs who have earned benefits. Seems to handle our needs quite smoothly.

We are using this app to allow customers to purchase gifts and send their friends and families eCards. Their app is very robust and their customer service is top notch - they're happy to have calls to scope out your requirements and help you do what you need to do. Roy in particular is great to work with!

I trialed the app but needed some help customising the card. Roy was amazing, helped me within five minutes and on a Sunday too, ten out of ten for customer support, thanks Roy, regards Gareth

We haven´t used Rise for that long yet, but the setup is easy and the customer support is fast and very helpful! We are super happy with Rise so far, and our customers seem to love the solution as well.

App is easy to use and allowed us to migrate existing gift cards over to Shopify/Rise seamlessly. Customer service is also top notch, replies are always super prompt and helpful! Would recommend for sure.
