I signed up for small business account and upgrade after 30 days to premium. Rise team was kind enough to credit me back my annual payment on the initial small business plan. Thank you and look forward to seeing what Premium can do for my business!

We have been using this app for a week. Our customers are loving it and I think that it will bring increased business and referrals. Support has been fantastic. Very prompt and responsive as we had set up questions.

Great solution for refunding with gift cards/store credit and bulk importing (!) gift cards which is not possible natively or any other app I could find.

Best gift card app out there. Elevates the customer experience for gift cards and adds the ability to send gift cards via email. We love that you can build automated workflows and promos around gift cards. Have not explored the Loyalty side, but are starting to expand the integration. Great team and support at Rise. We've been with them for over a year now and have added them to multiple Shopify stores.

Good upgrade from shopify's basic offering at a seasonable price. Responsive developers if you have questions.

Great stuff. We came for the gift card solution but found all the functionality we were looking for. I did have a slight issue with implementation on our site, but received great support to resolve the issues.

They also offer good solutions to support businesses during COVID and to increase loyalty.

I had a issue implementing the code, but I received good support with Gift Card options. Would recommend this app to drive revenue.

Support team is very responsive. Integrates easily into Shopify store, best part is the ability to allow users to schedule gift card deliveries (great for use during the holiday season)
