Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Used this app for bulk Gift Card import. Although the import went well, downloading the subsequent csv file for the generated give cards did not work. However, this was quickly resolved by the RISE support team.

Couldn't ask for a better Loyalty app! We were using a points based app but providing customers with Store Credit that is in my store's currency is great, they actually know what they are receiving. Plus the support team were very knowledge and patient (even for those of us that are less tech savvy).
I've only been using Rise a few weeks that but really promising so far.

I love that this app offers a great customer journey with their loyalty rewards. The gift card features are a wonderful bonus and the customer support when I have had some questions has been amazing!

All-in-one solution for store credit! We wanted to give a better gift card purchasing experience AND revamp our referral progress. Rise allowed us to do both and manage it all from one place. We haven't rolled out our rewards program yet, but it will definitely be easy to do with Rise.ai. Also, love that we can integrate with our reviews platform! Customer Support is outstanding - super helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.

Awesome app, i was looking for a good gift card and loyalty program for my cufflink store and this app is better than good, it offers so many cool features and is easy to use and setup. I had a couple of silly question about setting up the the gift cards that i couldn't work out and got great prompt support from the support team, many thanks, recommended to everyone looking for a great gift card and loyalty program. Absolutely love this app, by far it's the best on Shopify when it comes to gift cards. The user experience is great and it is very easy to set-up. Also the people of support are just fantastic! fast response to any possible question!

Shopify is amazing - but they can't be all things to all people. The Rise Gift Card app for Shopify is THE professional presentation option. Gift Cards are what they do, and if you want a gift card on your Shopify store, this seems the only way to go. It’s painless and easy to make a simple gift card - and you can even add your own custom colors to go with your store's branding, which isn't much more complicated.

Gift cards mailed as an actual gift:
For gift cards that will be emailed directly to someone else, as a gift, you have several real advantages - professional touches that I've only found with Rise:
1.) That the gift card can be mailed directly to another person! Shopify's native gift card can only be sent to the purchaser, and they must forward it on.

2.) If you care about your store's branding (and you'd better!) you can make a few of your OWN Gift Card designs, that fit with your store, and your customer can select which they want sent.

Professionalism is worth it. GET RISE!

Last Note: Discounted Gift Cards:
If you want to apply a discount incentive on your gift cards - it's EASY in Rise. And the last time I checked (early 2020), the native Shopify "discounted" gift cards didn’t work. Example: Shopify will say a 20% discount is set up, "pay $80 for a $100 gift card," but the value of the card ends up being only what was actually paid: $80.
