EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift

I have spent weeks researching how to get a product to automatically add into all my customers carts and after trialling different apps and doing some coding, this is easily the best solution. I had a couple of issues on my end as the product I wanted to add had some unique settings and the tech team worked so quickly to fix it and went above and beyond. I hardly ever write reviews but signed in specifically so I could for this app!

I have used this app to do gift with purchase on our store for marketing purposes, that is, buy x product variant and get x product free. It works well, and the EasyGift team were super helpful getting me set up and helping optimise the speed of the app. I would love if the free product could be hidden as I don't like that the customers can see the freebie (this is a product we wouldn't normally sell so having it in our product range is a bit annoying) and we have had a few issues with it not working for EVERYONE so it's not foolproof, but I literally spent three hours testing apps and this was the best by FAR. And as I mentioned, the support team are excellent. Would highly recommend. In general it helped us increase our revenue dramatically in a month so it's worth the little bit of hassle getting it set up. Thanks again to the EasyGift team for being so supportive and helpful.

This app was able to do what we need, and I love that it is 'built for Shopify' which means the code is clean and won't slow down my store! Really easy to use. The customer service is beyond excellent!!! My inquiries were all answered quickly, friendly, and they were always happy to help, and followed up as necessary! Also just and important and impressive, in my dealings, I learned this company has morals and conducts themselves conscientiously! That puts this company at the top for me! This app rocks! After tearing my hair out with another free gift app for days, and costing me hundreds in fees and developer costs, along comes EG Auto Add to Cart. I was set up in less than 5 minutes, and Stephanie my support person was there to hold my hand when I had a question. Oh, and they cost a fraction of their competitors! Highly Recommended!

The app works as advertised! Rules-based gifting gets automatically added when your chosen product gets added to the cart. All you need to do is then apply a discount code (or auto discount) to that free product. The team has been super responsive and caring during my quick support request - you're in safe hands!

Currently trialling the app for our store. We had some app installation issues as we use a custom theme but these were quickly resolved by Nathan. Brilliant service!
