App does what it needs to and service is super responsive. Sometimes the app can be a little clunky, but it does get the job done without too many limitations.

Taransh is very prompt in addressing my issue. On the other hand, the app is good but needs some enhancements/upgrades to eliminate minor issues. However, Taransh was still able to find a workaround to make things work.

Good functionality and support. Only negative is that I think it´s bit pricy for only offering a Free gift function and it does not have a live chat.

This is simple to set up and the support is quick and efficient.
The 'add to cart free' works seamlessly in both automated and selection.

I have rated 4 rather than 5 star as the upsell benefit of the app only has a pop up option. I'd like to see an option of a pop up, or an embed on product pages or at the checkout to avoid having multiple popups throughout a customers journey. For this reason I will still need to be using an alternative upsell app, I'd hoped to, and would combine both tasks within EG Auto if that had been feasible.

However I thoroughly recommend this for it's title, it certainly 'does what it says on the tin' and does it very very well.

Good app, doe sits job well. Really benefits from having one's store setup optimally. Only really ran into issues when I had 5/6 promos going at once. Support team has been great.

We had used the app for a year for upselling. It was performing well in general, and easy to configure as well. We had to switch to another solution recently due to a compatible issue between the app and our theme. I'd still recommend the app, but better try a rule first to verify everything's good and correct. Also, a suggestion to the development team that it'd be better if the app can provide some performance insights or basic analysis.

Very easy to add on and hopefully it will help.

Buena aplicación para poder incluir un producto de regalo en el carrito. Funciona perfectamente y el servicio de soporte es bueno. El único inconveniente es que no se puede traducir los textos a idiomas.
Se puede configurar de varias formas y la propia app crea tu descuento con la funcionalidad específica.
