GLab: Gift Wrap & Gift Message

We recently integrated the Gift Lab app into our online store, and it has been a game-changer for our business! Customer support is excellent. Amit was able to quickly help me with a few customizations to the pop-up. I'm very excited to be able to provide my customers with the option to send a gift message letting the recipient know a special gift is on the way. It's such a great solution for last minute shoppers.

Unfortunately it's not working. In my first order the app crashed and they couldn't fixed that.

This guys know what they do! They helped us through their chat support very fast, to put the option in Check out as we like to have it. We can only recommend them! Easy and fast support, this is perfect, even if all is easy to set up :)

Super fast support team who jumped on a Google Meets with me to help me get set-up. Their integration with klaviyo makes sending customized messages super easy. Would love for them to build out a feature that adds the product to the cart when submitting your gift options but other than that we have been loving it so far:) Even were able to remove certain notes that flowed through to our 3PL which was super helpful.

Gift Lab has been great for our small business. We specialize in gift boxes and many customers enjoy being able to write a custom note and schedule the delivery. It is a very intuitive interface. Highly recommend.
