GiftLab is easy to setup and works fine with 2.0 theme. Afforadable price and got nearly full functions on free plan. Great and fast support on installation.

This is the best app I have looking for. The support that Skai Lama gave us is incredible. A minor layout issue with my theme that was fixed by them in 5 MINUTES! I will download their other app solution because I need and because I know I can trust them. Keep the doing the great work!! ;)
