By implementing Giftnote, it's eased our previously manual gift note experience and have automated all of it. Super elegant solution to gift notes, especially for people working with 3rd party fulfillment where in-box solutions are clunky and expensive. Especially since the addition of the option to include their widget on 2.0 themes in product pages & at checkout.
