We needed a quick gifting solution last BFCM and were scrambling to find something until we stumbled upon Giftnote. It was super quick to install and was exactly the kind of digital gift note app we needed. We were able to integrate it with Klaviyo so the gift messages were still on brand. Any time we needed more support or additional data, Nick from Giftnote swiftly swooped in and helped us with solutions and pulling analytics. We're excited to see what more we can do with the app in the future!

Giftnote has allowed us to empower our customers to make personalised purchase for their loved ones, as easily as selecting a box at the check out. We've also loved that we can use this as another upselling and gifting opportunity around special days of the year such as Mother's Day or Easter, making the gift that little bit more special and considered than sending a regular gift card. just eliminated the manual work of filling out physical gift cards and this is a MUCH better experience as it lets the sender automatically send the recipient an email directly when the package is marked as delivered... the app customization is great too and integrates nicely in the dawn theme!
