The Knickknack Shack is an online gift store, so being able to gift is a HUGE part of what my store is all about. This app has all the bells and whistles I could ever ask for, from eGifting options, email and SMS notifications, physical delivery notifications, and even gift card notifcations. It integrates with your CRM to help you build a mailing list. I mean, come on... this app does so much and costs so little (no guys, that's not a hint to raise your prices!) If you tack on $1 to your prices for the option to send gifts, then the app pays for itself. It's such a tremendous game-changer, I can't stop gushing about how amazing this app is. Not to mention the fantastic support I received when I had a couple of questions and a customization request. Nick jumped right on that and scheduled a call to walk me through all the features and helped me fix what needed to be fixed, just like that.
