I'm very pleased with their customer service. Quick and helpful.

We really love the gift message option, as we sell artisan sweets typically given as gifts. The app offers so many other features that we are excited to tap into as well. Customer service is very prompt and friendly. I'm not very tech savvy, and the team has been very polite and helpful.

This app was a lot easier to set up than other's I tried and when I had an issue they resolved it right away.

I am loving this app so far! I am pretty pleased with all the fonctionalities and how it blends in perfectly with my gift store and also the really good customer service.

Happy with the app and support provided so far. We wanted to customize the datepicker text formatting and Tim from their support team edited the theme code for us and was a big help. The ship to multiple address and datepicker are important additions to our site during the holidays.

We added this app for gift message and ship to multiple addresses features. Both were easy to implement. And for a few specific issues we were having with our theme, Tim from their team was incredibly quick and thorough with his support, going above what I asked. Highly recommend.

Giftship is a great app for gift-related ecommerce. When things come up that aren't working correctly, they are quick to respond and resolve the problems. Overall, a very good app.

This is our second Holiday season with Shopify. Last season we needed a multiship feature. Heading into this Holiday season and hearing about this app, we couldn't get it installed fast enough. Giftship is a MUST HAVE for any Shopify store. Furthermore, we could not have had it ready in time if it wasn't for the tremendous customer support from the PIX team.
