Great, app super easy to install and very clear instructions on their support pages for further customisation. If you sell any kinds of gifts this app is a must! Also great customer support via their email if needed.
We just installed this app, and were very impressed that the developer did all the heavy lifting...by correctly and immediately updating our theme. We are a brick and mortar with over 20 years experience, so we've gone through the ups and downs of e-commerce and apps. We've had terrible experiences, and then impressive experiences, such as with Pix and GiftShip. They are responsive, savvy and have created a great product that they support. They also made a few suggestions on how to optimize the app for our particular theme and shop. Thanks and we look forward to more apps from Pix.
We use this app to allow our guests to ship gift baskets to multiple recipients from a single order. The app has really improved our business. The support has been excellent!
There are a lot of details to manage when opening a new store and the app options can feel overwhelming. I chose Giftship because it offers me and my customers time-saving solutions.
The multiple address feature will be a fan favorite for our customers allowing customers to ship items to multiple locations in a single order with a personal message for each shipment. How cool is that!!

We love this app! Using GiftShip allows us to have future ship dates for our craft popcorn business. We can also allow our customers like businesses order and ship to multiple addresses. Works great for client gifts! The support staff is very friendly and responsive. Helped answer my questions quickly and were incredibly helpful! Get this app if you need to ship to multiple addresses, have future ship dates, or both!
We had issues with conflicting apps being used in our order process via Shopify. Tim and Zac were fantastic at helping us resolve work together issues without having to sacrifice the quality of the checkout experience. So refreshing to have a support team with a "can do" attitude and NOT a "not our problem hire a developer" reflex.
GiftShip customer support have been superb! They have helped us with a lot of hurdles to help make automated processes work smoothly within our business at Molly's Bakehouse. Reply time is ALWAYS within 24 hours which is amazing as a busy business owner trying to fix problems. Would HIGHLY recommend! 5*
