Loads of great features in the app and the customer service is outstanding. We're already using a few of the features and I am working on adding even more across our site and was able to cancel another subscription when I discovered that Giftship also had the same functionality that we were paying for elsewhere. We have been working with giftship to manage the personalisation of our products and allow our customers to select specific dates to have their order delivered. We have ran into some issues with the integration of our other apps however Jayson and the team have worked hard to fix these issues and get our website running the way we want it too. Fantastic app and amazing support! This app is very 'all singing, all dancing' with a huge number of features - more of which have been added since we first started using the app many years ago. We use features including upsells, gift messaging, a delivery date picker, mandatory checkbox, additional info box and a drawer cart with 'spend £XX for free delivery'. There's a lot more that we plan to start using in the future too. What makes this app the best on Shopify store (in my opinion) is the support. The Gist team are honestly brilliant - always quick to respond and happy to help with any styling issues etc (meaning you don't need to have code and CSS knowledge in-house!). I would highly recommend this app to improve your website customer journey.

Whenever I have had an issue/question, the response time for Giftship App team has been great with complete resolution of my problem during the same encounter.
