Father's Country Hams are cured and shipped on our family farm in Kentucky since 1840. We have had a web site for several years on different hosting sites .We tried before to add needed features to our site but they never worked as we preferred . The Giftship app with the added up-sell features is perfect for all our needs! We ship lots of gifts and the Hold Date and the ability for customers to ship to multiple address is a must have for today's customers. Our customers are pleased with how easy ,they can order gifts for family and friends and even write their own gift message. Now the ADD ONS- a real selling machine! I used to have their app Multiship and it was so good. I switched to Giftship for some additional options it offers beyond shipping to multiple addresses. This app is amazing, so many things in one. Not only is the app great but the support is top notch. They only communicate via email but they get back to you very quickly and theyre friendly and knowledgable. I cant say enough good things about them or their apps, they thought of everything.
Giftship recently made some updates that have been so helpful for my shop! I needed some extra support getting one feature installed and Tim was a HUGE help getting me set up. I've used their app for years now and am so pleased with the product and team.
Giftship is a must if you run a gift focused business. They are the first of their kind because they also enable the customer to select to ship to multiple addresses! Finally! The app also allow you to have add ons such as gift messages, gift wrap, greeting cards etc at checkout as well as upsells. They worked with me to customize specific features that I needed for my store and have been very responsive throughout the process. Everything has been extremely smooth - I almost feel like I have an in house IT support (at least when it comes to the Giftship app!) They are a new company and are actually still adding more functions to the app which is very exciting. I definitely recommend Pix and the Giftship app.
We use the GiftShip app on our Cart, as well as their "big brother" Wholster app. Both are fantastic for split-shipping an order, and are well designed for user experience. GiftShip works well for "self-serve" customers to fulfill an order to ship to multiple addresses; Wholster is great for larger split-ship orders, or B2B customers who need invoicing options.
The Support team is helpful, responsive, and quick to find solutions when there are small bugs or hiccups.
I had a big issue with how Paypal info was being incorrectly rewritten back to our customers order. Shopify said it was not on them and PayPal said the same. By using GiftShip all the information now is transferred correctly. Plus, our gift is typically being sent to a different address and it's nice for the customer to be able to fill out the enclosure note. Lastly, the GiftShip team responds quickly and helps me accomplish what needed to be done.
We've been using Giftship for 18 months and the features are great. We've had a few issues with the gift message bundling, but after some problems getting it resolved initially, Zac was able to step in and deal with the issue really efficiently. Everything is now working well and we're benefitting from the whole suite of one-stop shop features, which is great and why we chose Giftship in the first place!
