Great app! lots of different features available for this industry. Looking forward to the update on delivery date section to block out public holidays.
Customer service was spot on and always responded within reasonable timeframe.

I know that this is from a long time ago, but I wanted to follow up here in case anyone comes across this. Giftship now offers the ability to block public holidays (and has for some time now).
My business uses this app exclusively for the Product Options feature and it's been really helpful. We've run into a few issues over the past few years but customer support has been timely. Most recently we needed help with customizing the packing slip and received a custom template in just hours!
Highly recommend - exactly what we need for gift messages and additionaly product options. The help desk was really fast and really capable. Great experience over all. Have used this product for a couple of years.
This is exactly what we were missing on our store! moving from an older platform to Shopify was much needed, but as a gift shop we needed the capability for hold dates and shipping to many addressed. Their support was extremely quick and pleasant to work with and they were able to get this installed on our site within an hour of purchasing it.
If you just need an app that will allow you to send shipments to another address this app will work for you. However, if you care about the analytics of your website DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. Not only will this app inflate your order numbers (each GiftShip order counts as 2 orders) but it will also miscalculate your financial analytics. This does not mean you won't get paid what you are owed, it means that you will not be able to distinguish what you actually MADE through GiftShip. I have spent countless hours trying to figure out financial analytics including hours on support calls with BOTH Shopify and Gist and it was determined that the API between Gist and Shopify is faulty and Gist was unable to figure out how to send appropriate data to Shopify for store owners to get accurate meaningful analytics.

Just to clear up the wording here, there is no API issue at play here. It's through the leveraging of Draft Orders, that on the analytics side, a filter simply needs to be added to have reports amended accurately. This can be common amongst use cases that leverage Draft Orders.

Great customer support! We had an app conflict from changes we made to our theme and the team at Gist was on it to help fix things on the back end. They even took time to create a Loom vid to show us what was going on.
Loving the app so far and, almost more importantly, the customer service has been outstanding! That makes or breaks the app experience for me. App is performing well and I know I have timely help if/when I need it!
I got this app for my chocolate business to ship to multiple address in one order, to add gift notes and a feature where the customer can choose when they want the gift to be received. This helps with Holiday orders when folks like to plan and purchase ahead. It's a great design, easy to set up and the customer service is excellent. It's an intuitive feature and worth the cost.
We love this app for shipping to multiple shipping addresses in the same order, but there are so many other useful features! And the customer service is amazing!
